It is easy to start paddling on Kesänki lake and enjoy the beautiful fells around the lake. From the lake you continue to the wilderness river and you can spot different kinds of water birds. If you are lucky you might see a beaver or the Äkäslompolo village’s favourite otter. Take with you plenty to drink, sunglasses and dress according to the weather conditions.
