Ylläs Ski Bus
The Ylläs Ski Bus operates from Ylläsjärvi village to the ski resort and to Äkäslompolo village, and the same route in the opposite direction during the winter season, from November to early May. Besides downhill skiing you can use Ski Bus also to reach different starting points for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other activities.
Route
Ylläs Ski Bus starts from Helukka in Äkäslompolo, goes via biggest hotels (Ylläskaltio, Äkäshotel) in Äkäslompolo and takes you to Ylläs Ski Resort Äkäslompolo. From there it continues to Ylläs Ski Resort Ylläsjärvi and to Lapland Hotels Saaga, visits Hotel Ylläsrinne in Palovaara and finishes at K-Market Eelin Kauppa in Ylläsjärvi. Same route back.
Some other notable sights on the way are K-Market Jounin Kauppa and Visitor Centre Kellokas.

Timetable
First bus starts 8:57 am from Helukka in Äkäslompolo. Last bus returns to same spot in 19:35 o clock (7:35 pm).
