Weekend on Wheels (Best Summer Weekend Ever)

Ylläs Bike Park, voted Finland’s Best Bike Park for two consecutive years, invites you to join the Weekend on Wheels! Get ready for a weekend packed with riding, fun competitions, live music, and unforgettable summer vibes. The event area is located close to the Ylläs Express chairlift FRIDAY Night Ride until midnight. Come experience Finland’s best bike park under the midnight sun! Gondola open: 11.00AM–11.45PM Ylläs Express chairlift: 11AM–midnight Vekkuli Carpet: 11AM-11.30PM 6PM – ”Worst Rider in Ylläs” race at pump track In the Worst Rider in Ylläs competition, we’ll find out who is hilariously the worst rider on the fell! Inspired by the classic reality show Finland’s Worst Driver. Participants will ride a special surprise bike while wearing a helmet equipped with drink holders. The goal? Complete the track as fast as possible, as creatively as possible, and with as little spilling as possible. Categories: Children (bring your own bike and helmet) Adults (surprise bike provided) Come ride, laugh, and cheer others on! 9PM Karaoke @ BistroHissi 11PM Live music @ BistroHissi The sauna and hot tub available for everyone until 11:30PM. SATURDAY 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Test Ride Norco Bikes 12noon – Pump Track Open competition. A relaxed competition for skateboards, scooters and bikes. A BMX bike will be raffled among all participants!
