Ylläs staff pass

Ylläs staff pass is a benefit card intended for employees of Ylläs Gold Member and Basic Member marketing companies, offering discounts from businesses in the area. With the pass, you can get reductions on, for example, equipment rentals, guided tours, restaurants, and accommodation. The pass and its benefits are conveniently visible on your smartphone in the Cardu app (Android Play Store, Apple App Store).

The staff pass is linked to a phone number and is valid for the duration of the employment relationship.

Offer benefits with the staff pass

Companies can offer various benefits through the staff pass, such as discounts on their own services. The pass can also be used for sending campaigns, for example to inform staff about special event prices.

Supervisor: How to obtain the staff pass

1. Employees participate in an orientation tour organized by Visit Ylläs in November–December. The purpose of the tour is to familiarize new employees with the area and its services so they can use this knowledge in their work.
   • If an employee cannot attend the tour, direct them to complete the staff test at yllas.fi/stafftesti (in Finnish or English).
2. After the orientation tour or completion of the staff test, the supervisor orders a staff pass for the employee. The pass is ready in approximately 15 minutes.
3. The employee installs the Cardu app on their smartphone, opens it, and logs in with the phone number and email address for which the staff pass was ordered. The benefits and the terms of use for employees are visible in the app. The company is responsible for ensuring that its employees use the staff pass correctly.
4. Employees show their staff pass on their phone when using services in Ylläs. Please note that the staff pass must be shown already at the time of purchase.
